Emilia Suárez Presents the Mesmerizing Video and Track for "Timing"

The multitalented Emilia Suárez just dropped the stunning video for “Timing” which invigorates all of the senses. This highly emotive track is gracefully presented through the prism of excellent cinematography. The track is a tender yet powerful ballad that will chill your bones. This music video is almost like a short film that immediately engulfs the listener.

It is no surprise Emilia’s presence is notable on camera as she is also an excellent actor with an impressive resume. Originally from Bolivia the singer-songwriter and actor now resided in Brooklyn, NY. Her acting chops have led her to the being on from the upcoming Hulu musical-comedy series, Up Here, from the director of Hamilton, debuting on March 24th, and in the MGM/Killer Films feature A Good Person, alongside Florence Pugh and Morgan Freeman (coming to theaters the same day), Emilia is making her mark on the entertainment scene as a double-threat in both acting and music as exemplified in the music video for "Timing". Starring herself and Arthur Langlie (recently seen in Law and Order: SVU, Prodigal Son, and Queen of Knives)

As a musician, with with only 3 previous singles release, her original music has garnered over 200K streams and is only the beginning. “Timing” will certainly land the supremely gifted artist on the radar of listeners everywhere. Her vocal ability, poetic approach and handle of her craft make it clear she is a magnetic musician who is going to continue to thrive.

Emilia explains the inspiration behind “Timing aI think in this video, we captured that, which makes it all the more painful to know that those two crazy kids just can't make it! And there’s no real reason or lesson to cling to for why. Some people are just there to teach you that you deserve so much better, and for me, that was really hard to let go of. This song is touching a lot on the nature of the relationship and grappling with the inability to move on. It was also designed to call myself out a bit. If I’m actively choosing to relive it, I’m the reason it stays with me. The ‘inability’ is more voluntary than the poets would like to admit. ”

This difficult web of emotions is generously presented and helps her audience understand this human experience better. It is sad yet uplifting to know we just need to sit with challenging yet important experiences sometimes.
