Britt Devens Releases the Aptly Named "Here I Go Again"

“Here I go Again” is an aptly titled album presented by the gifted Denver based indie-folk artist Britt Devens. This 10 song LP explores important themes of self-discovery, mental health, sobriety and adversity. The album feels like an intimate celebration of rebirth and being true to oneself. 

Devens’ voice is both delicate yet powerful, well suited to the vulnerable lyrics generously shared throughout the record. The impressive album expresses the important and challenging lessons learned along a dusty road of a decade. 

Each track showcases another facet of Britt’s diverse talent and messages worth sharing. Britt weaves inviting folk sensibilities surrounded by the stamina of alt-rock. The songs sound as if they are children born through the artist’s unique experiences and Britt created a beautiful family.

More about the artist: Britt Devens is a sober, LGBTQ-friendly musician who writes songs about hope, heartbreak, and recovery. A native of Fort Collins, CO, Devens uses her music to explore the vulnerabilities of her own experiences in life and to remind her audience of the importance of self-care. Championing a message of taking care of yourself - both mentally and physically - Devens’ music is for people who can relate to a struggle but still continue to have hope for a brighter day. Open about her own experiences, Devens is able to perform without using any substances… something that allows her to speak her absolute truth and share her vulnerability through the intimate lyrics and songs that she creates.
